12/1 Bates Vs. UMaine Orono (Home)
Our first home game of the season ended in a disappointing loss with a final score of 1-4 UMaine.
The team played well in the first period and scored our only point, but lost a lot of steam during the second period and let in a few goals.
We did manage to regain our energy in the 3rd period and greatly increased our possession and opportunities for shots on goal. Unfortunately, despite the renewed effort, we just weren't able to make up for our lethargy in the second period.

Break Up Dinner!
Alas, the time has come for our magical season to come to an end. But no tears my friends! Rather we must look to the continuing circle of Woho life. It is hard to imagine that any captains will be able to live up to the incredibly wonderful job that our fiercesome leaders this year did: Shauna, Katherine, and Sammi- you were beyond marvelous. However, if there ever was a team up to the challenge it is the one that has been voted into office.
Emily Bechtold '13
Sammi Landino '13
Josefine Wallace '13
(alphabetical order, no hard feelings guys :)
I, and obviously the rest of the team, have absolute faith that you 3 will lead us to great places and beyond.
I am also extremely pleased to announce that our next social coordinator will be Kat Dorian '14. Buckle your seat belts everyone.
Taking over the website while I am in India will be Kat Orlov.
Awards of Note:
-MVP of season: Shauna Mulvihill '12
-Defensive MVP: Catherine McLaughlin '14
-Offensive MVP: Kat Dorian '14
-Most Improved: Jennalee Kulig '14
-Most Epic-est Moment Award (most ESPN-like): Nora Donahue's goal
Bring it on '12/'13.
3/3/12 Home Against MIT
WHAT A FANTASTICALLY MARVELOUS GAME TO END OUR SEASON ON!!! It was a fierce, wonderful victory for our senior's last game!!
The end score was 2-0, the goals were scored by:
Sarah Logan '14
and
Nora Donahue '12.
Nora's goal was decreed to be the most awesomest, ESPN-like moment of our entire season by popular poll taken at Woho breakup dinner. I am not exaggerating in the least when I say that the stands went absolutely berserk. It was a moment of gold, a flash of light, and it will live in all of our hearts for eternity.

2/12/12 Away Game Against Westfield State
What an awesome ending to such an awesome weekend! This game was high-paced and exciting. The Bobcats triumphed in the end 2-0. Both goals were scored by Becca Otley '14 an epicly talented defenseman. Yay Becca! We were able to control much of the play. Everyone really played their hearts out and it showed. A few shout-outs- Emily Bechtold played again- Haroo!; Shauna plowed through despite her painful rib; Becca- well, 'nuff said; and Catherine McLaughlin saved EVERYTHING! Way to go Wohos!
